STRATEGIES FOR CONTROLLING  ANGER:
As we all know what anger is,and we've  all felt it at many stages of life:
Whether as flewting annoyance or full flaged rage.
1. Express your anger when you are calm
2. Get some exercisee
3. Try to identify the solutions of the problems instead of getting angry
4. Practice all the relaxation skills that diverts your mind from that side
5. Use your logic before reacting on other talk
6.try to identinfy warning signs that you're  starting to get annoyed
7. Stay away from such things that instigates your temper
